Booking Policies:
Tours are managed by Iglesias Turismo. Reservations must be secured online via their official platform (www.iglesiasturismo.it). The booking window opens 20 days prior to the desired date and closes 3 hours before the scheduled time slot.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. You can modify a booking once by contacting the Iglesias Tourism Office to change the date and time, provided the request occurs prior to the original departure slot. Credit card transactions are processed securely through the Banca Sella system.
Safety Regulations & Attire Requirements
Attire Rules
Sporty, comfortable clothing is recommended. Sturdy, closed-toe athletic footwear is mandatory. Sandals, flip-flops, high heels, and beachwear are prohibited, and staff will refuse entry to non-compliant visitors without refund.
Languages
The general tours are held in Italian. Dedicated English-guided sessions take place daily at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.
Accessibility & Staircase
The tour requires a 600-metre (1,968 feet) walk along a flat but uneven dirt pathway in the upper gallery. Reaching the lower viewing balcony requires descending and climbing a steep flight of 108 steps. This lower section is not advised for pregnant women, individuals with severe heart conditions, or visitors with significant mobility limitations.
Infants & Pets
Strollers are prohibited. Infants under 1 year of age must be placed in a front-facing baby carrier. A small safety helmet is provided on-site and must be worn by the infant. Pets of any size are strictly prohibited.
